Personal information

J.A.R.V.I.S. minimizes personal information. Use the pseudonymous installation, licence or transaction identifier shown by J.A.R.V.I.S. Payment and delivery records are handled separately from the client.

JARVIS Analysis Credit

A confirmed paid purchase includes C$5 of non-expiring JARVIS Analysis Credit for the registered installation. It is a usage balance—not cash, a gift card or a transferable provider account. Local and approved free processing runs first. Before optional hosted analysis, J.A.R.V.I.S. shows the evidence transfer, estimated charge and remaining balance.

Refunds and access

A refund applies to the affected order or licence. Unused included credit connected with that order or licence is removed; used included credit is not deducted from the refund. A partial refund affects only the refunded item or licence. Contact support if you need help with an unaffected entitlement.

Receipts and shipping

Your receipt shows the payment method, product price, tax treatment and delivery terms. Shipping is free within Canada except where a clearly disclosed exception applies. Payment and delivery details are kept separate from the J.A.R.V.I.S. client.
